CA v. MENENDEZ (1993): #ErikMenendez takes the stand in his own defense. | Brothers Erik and #LyleMenendez were on trial for the August 1989 shotgun murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez, in the family’s Beverly Hills mansion. The brothers were arrested in March 1990 after Erik confessed during a session with his psychologist. During the highly publicized trial, the prosecution claimed the motive was greed as the brothers stood to inherit $14 million. The defense claimed that it was an act of self–defense in a desperate attempt to escape years of childhood family violence and sexual abuse.

After watching most of the witness testimonies & the two psycho sons, i swing more towards the two brothers & the blonde male cousin were all sleeping with each other & were all gay &, mother & father found out, hence the father’s floggings on the boys. No wondee poor mother kitty was drinking depressed & on pills after this all coming to light. She couldn’t change her reality of her son’s & who she came to realise they were. Probably blamed herself.
I believe the photos were been taken & sent between thr brothers & cousins who were all sleeping together since a young age. I’d put $ on it.
The raggedy haired lawyer of the boys is a demon like them.
