Submitted! We would love to be featured! We left corporate in our 20s and are now living abroad, running our our YT channel and sporting business online. We knew our freedom number, did everything right and got out.

Now l’ve hit $558,685. I was having this exact conversation with my son the other night-generational wealth isn’t just about getting money. It’s about teaching everyone not only how to make it, but also how to maintain it. It does no good for me to provide for my family if they don’t understand how to manage and sustain it.

How did you manage to achieve that level of growth? I’ve been doing everything I can to improve my investments. I want to retire in a few years and need better diversification

Well. A big thanks to Lady Serene Murphy – really appreciate her. She’s honestly one of the smartest and most supportive people l’ve ever learned from. Her mindset and the way she explains things changed everything for me

What I like about her is her logic behind every undertaking and her ability to make a good profit regardless of the starting investment amount. Imagine having 30,850 from my 5,000 investment.

Most people want to escape the version of the west that Karen’s just like this created!!!!! The liberalism, feminism, dissolution of the family unit and community, open borders, soft on crime, etc etc. Insanity!

I retired before 60, self financed my retirement in SE Asia. Social Security now covers 100% of my living expenses and the majority of my travel. Investments grow untouched. It’s amazing what a high standard of living you can have by moving to a safe, lower cost country.

I would not take the risks of upfront whole year rent payments to annual visas. Im from UK and saw proper long terms visa says in Malaysia etc. I thought at 60s and retirement age we wants full peace of mind. I travel annually for holidays in the tropics but return to the perfect countryside Garden of England and free nhs medical care to gp etc and town walking dstance.

    1. 45k upfront? Any concerns there?
2.if you had to front 45k, how much is it to buy? (assuming the law allows it)
    3. Why make improvements to property you dont get a return on?
    4. Can you sell, transfer, bequeath that lease if life requires you to leave/pass asay…or does the landlord get to keep the money and double up?
