Lindsay Clancy Defense GRILLS Trooper on Missing Fingerprints
During Lindsay Clancy’s trial Tuesday, Massachusetts State Police Trooper Jonathan O’Loughlin faced a heated cross-examination about the forensic evidence collected from the home where Clancy’s three children were found dead. O’Loughlin testified that investigators found no usable fingerprints on a knife and three exercise bands. He said the knife had limited fingerprint detail, but nothing that could be used for identification. The trial is underway to determine whether Lindsay Clancy was criminally responsible for the deaths of her three children.
