Another sign of the mercurial micromanaging was evident during a major studio redesign that was intended to better handle video. After working for more than a year with an outside firm to decorate the new studio, Flowers reconsidered at the last minute, dashing off to HomeGoods and stealing chairs from colleagues’ offices, undermining everyone else’s work.
I am disappointed that ashley flower is so demanding on staff….just bc money and wanting to be #1 on podcast doesnt give you the right to treat people badly. i hope she steps backs and considers her child and famiy
