The trial against George Pino began on Monday after he was accused of killing 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez while he was operating a boat. Prosecutors allege Pino was operating the boat when it slammed into a channel marker near Boca Chita Key in Florida. The state also claims that this was not an accident or momentary lapse in judgment, and that Lucy is dead because he failed to do the most basic things that are necessary when on the water.

It sounds to me like Mr. Pino was a fun sociable guy I mean, how many people can create a nice social atmosphere where people are having fun by the admission of the prosecutor. It was a great day. It’s also common knowledge that there’s a thing called boating accidents. Also 47 mph is not speedboat speed.
