Sounds like the Murdaugh’s, wealthy and entitled parents think they should,can and entitled to give alcohol to minors. Guarantee if no one was drinking the accident wouldn’t have happened.
no one is arguing that alcohol caused the accident. Do you realize that? His blood alcohol was zero. They are saying he was negligent with boating laws–speeding and driving on the wrong side of the waterway. But they are heavily focused on the underage drinking because they know it will vilify the defendant. Even though even the own victim’s father testified he was drinking at this event and fully aware of and ok with the underage drinking.
She did Pino no favors with this testimony. Yikes!
They never checked him with a breathalyzer or anything and they should have.
They did take his blood, and it showed no alcohol in his system. I imagine it was some time after the accident, but if he had been drunk, it probably wouldn’t have been zero

That is actually why she died. There was no alcohol in the defendant’s system. Did you know that? If there were, he would have increased charges against him. They say the accident was caused by speeding and driving on the wrong side of the waterway. They emphasize underage drinking to manipulate spectators into judgment and villifcation of Mr. Pino. But even the father of the girl who died stated he was drinking at this event and knew the kids were drinking too. So many people are focused on everything but the actual evidence and facts.. it’s sad.
Nothing that life in prison won’t cure. Then liquidate their assats and give to the victims.
Even her sitting posture is defiant. You can tell what her stance is going to be on this….
Big rule of boating safety; Keep your arms down and in the boat. The teens blocked his view. They were dancing on a boat under power? They are supposed to be seated. No life jackets on? They don’t want to wear them. Teens make big mistakes. They are children that don’t know any better but want to be treated like grownups.
