at 15:10 they did ban it, after ai retired in 2013 shortly after in 2014 they allowed players do it again. You see alot of nba players did that allen iverson cross-over, it was just that ai was the master at doing it. If they allowed him to continue to do it ai would have won some rings. The nba didnt like allen iverson hip hop look of braids and style of dress. Thats why they came in with these dress code rules. They nba did not want allen iverson to be the face of the nba.
