Nobody walks into (or drives through) a fast food restaurant expecting to order a health food. But you might, at the very least, expect that what you order is, well, what you order. Chicken is chicken and beef is beef, right? Think again: What many fast food meals feature is real-life mystery meat.

Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken nuggets.
that didnt teach me anything except words i dont understand.
At 1st i was like ewww then i noticed how chicken, either breast or just white is the 1st ingredient in all of them meaning all as you read down the amount of hte ingredient used decreases meaning the very foreign ingredients at the bottom are used in very small amounts. Also the ones at the top (making up most of the nugget) are simple things like water, salt and flavorings like spices & ect…
i heard they have silicone.
I still wouldn’t mind eating the Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets…the ingredients didn’t even look bad (for fried fast food.)
You realise that those chicken nuggets are breaded, right? Meaning that “chicken” isn’t the only ingredient that would be used in them. So this is kind of pointless to me.
Lots of spices in breading lol
