Today, we’re exploring a wacky, wonderful, and, let’s be honest, wildly unlikely scenario: What if Earth doubled in size?

The video was all over the place and didn’t put together a coherent scenario. Also seemed to be written for 6 year olds, do better or just stop making videos.
No. Doubling the size of the Earth will NOT DOUBLE its gravity. The Earth’s volume will be increased 2³ in terms of radius (formula of spheres is 4* pi*r³/3), not x2.
therefore its mass will increase by x8. This massive increase of mass and thus gravity will crush together the Earth’s mass more, increasing its density, and thus further increasing gravity. So the gravity on a double-sized Earth will become anything from 10 to 13 to 20 times stronger.
That’s only if you doubled the radius. OP didn’t mention radius. By doubling “in size,” OP probably meant by volume (in your formula, multiplying the Earth’s radius by cube root of 2).
It was so vague an intro it showed a lack of any real thinking doubling in size having massive effect on weight and clarifying, was the first step this should have covered
I’ll pass on this one. THX Cosmoknowledge. 🌎
How about travel.. How much time will take to around the world with airplane.. And heyy.. We might have 500+ country to visit! With their own nature and culture.
What if our moon had a moon…….
