    22nd amendment only says elected only twice, not serve more than two times. Sounds like a push to get a third term. The midterm issues are separate. That was a separate missed issue in the gutting of the Election Assistance Commission. No one picked up on the connection of that that board is also replacing the Federal Election Commission in the SAVE act.
