The jury was shown videos of federal agent Brian Higgins in the early morning at the Canton Police Department. Higgins testified during the first trial that he went there to move vehicles around the parking lot due to the storm.

Perhaps made a call, listen to messages, listening to YouTube podcast?. This has no connection or relevance to the 12.32am car strike that killed JOK.

@CourtTV I think it’s amazing how stupid jurors can be. She should have been found innocent after the first trial, then investigate the cops and charge them.

WE were talking about the case today at work, and I have to say, this video is just cementing in my mind that there were a lot of officials in town just straight up lying. The bizarre mental gymnastics they are doing to try to justify their lies is astonishing to me. Krowski (?) and Dipitro seem completely unbelievable….and highly corrupt. I guarantee, both of their names will come up in the future as attached to another horrible scandal. They come off as two good old boys who think they are above the law….all while pretending to be protecting us.
Also doesn’t the state say that Johns body wasn’t seen because their was too much snow yet the surveillance footage here which would have been an hour after Karen alledgedly killed him barely shows any snow maybe only an inch or two. It would have been even less when Karen left the house.

Obviously if you’re in law enforcement in that town you have a zero % chance of being charged with a DWI !
