🔴 READY TO MESH OUR ATTRIBUTES LIKE A ZIPPER ON A JOINT (TURKIYE & U.S.A) VENTURE ‼️⬇️

    • Trump’s Gaza real estate/redevelopment project (often called the “New Gaza” or “Gaza Riviera” master plan) is in the early planning and conceptual stage, with very limited on-the-ground progress as of mid-2026.
    • Background and Vision Unveiled in January 2026: During the launch of the US-led Board of Peace (a body chaired by Trump to oversee post-ceasefire governance and reconstruction) at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Jared Kushner (Trump’s son-in-law, acting informally) and envoy Steve Witkoff presented CGI images and a “master plan.”
    • It envisions transforming war-devastated Gaza into a luxury coastal development: skyscrapers along the Mediterranean, high-end residential areas, tourism zones, data centers, industrial parks, an airport, seaport, parks, and sports facilities.
    • Key elements include: Phased rebuilding starting in the south (e.g., “New Rafah” with 100,000+ housing units, schools, medical facilities).
Moving north to Khan Younis, central camps, and Gaza City. Claims it could be done in 2–3 years with $25–50+ billion in private/international investment (estimates for full reconstruction run $70+ billion over a decade).
    • Trump framed it as a “real estate” opportunity due to the prime seaside location.
    • Current Stage (as of June/July 2026)Mostly stalled: The ambitious luxury redevelopment remains aspirational. The Board of Peace has held meetings (e.g., recalibrating in Cyprus in June 2026), issued RFPs for rubble clearance/temporary housing, and discussed projects like UAE-funded housing in Rafah. However, major hurdles persist.
    • Limited implementation:Some rubble clearance and temporary/safe housing pilots (e.g., in Israeli-controlled southern areas like Rafah) have started or are planned, but scale is small.
    • $17 billion pledged at a February 2026 donor event, but little disbursed; the fund is effectively short on cash.
    • No widespread permanent luxury construction; focus is on basics like temporary shelters, demining, and governance setup.
    • Key blockers: Hamas has not fully disarmed (a prerequisite for major rebuilding and investor confidence).
    • Security/governance issues: International Stabilization Force (ISF) deployment delayed; Palestinian technocratic committee (NCAG) still outside Gaza preparing in Cairo.
    • Geopolitical distractions (e.g., Iran conflict) and Israeli actions in parts of Gaza.
Funding shortfalls and skepticism from donors.
    • In summary, the glitzy real estate vision is on the drawing board (with glossy plans and initial RFPs), but practical progress is minimal and tied to unresolved security/political steps.
    • The ceasefire has held unevenly since late 2025, but full reconstruction—including the Trump/Kushner luxury redevelopment—remains distant pending disarmament and stable governance.
🔴 Developments could shift with diplomacy, but current reports describe it as “rocky” and slowed.

Cutting USAID, gutting the VA, cutting childhood cancer research, cutting 500 billion to food banks, gutting federal agencies, blowing up defenseless boats without evidence, starting illegal wars, bombing hospitals, supporting war criminals, starving soldiers on USS Tripoli, grifting the 250, arresting people for vandalism without proof, insider trading, Epstein files and on and on. We are sick of this clown show. Lying to those children! This is a scam and Ted Cruz must be voted out. This is a SCAM mark my words !!!! Every child already registered??? But go sign up. This is unacceptable and Democrats are going to WIN big to start investigations and prosecute the corrupt administration!!!
