LINDSAY CLANCY MURDER TRIAL DAY 8
Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial is underway in Massachusetts. The 35-year-old woman is charged with three counts of murder for the strangling deaths of her three children, ages 5, 3, and 8 months old.
Clancy is present in the courtroom, bound to a wheelchair after she was paralyzed by injuries she sustained when she jumped from her home’s second-story window in an alleged suicide attempt.

this reminds me of the movie House Maids. The husband drives his wife crazy, gives her meds, admits her to psych wards. EVEN frames their daughters almost drowning on her. HE DRUGGED her and then called the cops and they showed up as she was coming out of her pill coma and daughter was in the bathtub. THIS story sounds so much like that!
I think the husband did all of this. He thought she would be dead when he got home and when she wasn’t he had to pivot and blame it all on her. To many inconsistances in his testimony.
Um…do you recall Um…repeat my question and “ you previously said” Um….poorly spoken prosecutor.
Why is the trial stream so terrible across channels. This has been happening for several days now.

Why can’t they give the poor woman headphones to put on to block the testimony if they are making her sit through it. It’s horrible…my heart is breaking for her.
Tone of a text message ?! You cannot tell the tone of a text message or email!
