Always good content and insight from Mike Webster – always calms my nerves when I have been stopped out several times in a week. Also looked at the 2 Iraq / US conflicts March – May 2003 & Jan – Feb 1991 – although initial drops in the market on the lead up to the conflict where there was uncertainty – as soon as the US became involved the market rose when the uncertainty had been taken away – I don’t know how this plays out with the current market – but I thought an interesting comparison.
I agree with studying prior conflicts…if we had time we would have reviewed some. Thanks❤

Asking Webby. A little confused as to why your looking for a follow through day now. I thought a follow through day would require a market in correction phase. Is this strictly because of a break of the 50 day on 2/3, even though the close was only about 3% off the high on the Nasdaq? Or is it because it couldn’t retake the 50 day? Lot’s of distribution days but I haven’t seen IBD call market in correction.
