High school teacher Kianna Davis is set to face trial after being charged with murder in the 2020 death of 2-year-old Karter Ambrose. Prosecutors allege Davis and co-defendant Kiyon Benton beat the toddler with an unknown object, causing fatal injuries, including a lacerated liver, before failing to seek immediate medical care. Davis faces multiple murder, aggravated assault, and child cruelty charges.

Does this DA have kids? Or does his wife take care of all of that? Maybe their Dr squeezes them in because he is a DA. I have no idea. But what I do know it that it is absolutely a common thing to not be able to get a same day appointment at a pediatricians office. Even the the ones that do offer same day appointments they are very limited and on a 1st come 1dt serve basis and you have have to try to call in as they open like you are calling a radio station to win a contest. More often than not by the time you get thru to them the available slots are gone. Insurance will also throw a fit if you take a child to an ER or urgent care during the hours your Dr is open unless it is a true emergency.
The state have grossly failed to prove anything other than a 2 year died from a lacerated injury that could have happened over a 72 hours period they think…. There just wasn’t enough evidence to prove mom did anything to cause an injury or that she ignored clear signs of a serious medical condition. She said he vomited and said his tummy hurt. My kid had those symptoms monthly and we didn’t race to the Dr. Medical professionals who saw him after he stopped breathing stated they saw no obvious bruises or marks on him at all. No one testified that there was ever any concern of abuse or neglect previously… There just isn’t enough there. I am shocked it even passed probable cause
My children attend the same office, the pediatrician who did CPR is our provider. They are open 7 days a week. 5pm-10pm you walk right in to be seen by after hours. She’s a terrible excuse for a mother!

Kianna did it. She physically punched her 2-year old son, Karter, into his liver area to harm him. When she bathed him, she rubbed him so hard between his legs, Karter said, Mommy it hurts because she was rubbing him so hard thinking about Kadeem being with another woman, and here she is stuck with their son. She is a sociopath. Both medical examiners said the only way Karter’s liver could receive such damage blunt force trauma of this kind to a liver would be from a car accident, or falling from a building. Kianna did it with her fist(s). She did within a 72 hour period. She feels like she is stuck with “the child” while the biological father, Kadeem, lives his life child-free from the daily caring of their child, Karter, plus she is still in-love with him, Kadeem. Plus, Kadeem, has a new girlfriend, which he answered when being cross-examined. I watched both trials Day 1 and Day 2, now Day 3. Trial Day 2 included the babysitter and her daughter. While they were sitting outside the courtroom waiting, Kianna walked by them and rolled her eyes at both of these women and said she could slap the shyt out of them. The babysitter said this during her cross-examination. Kianna is a sociopath, she has deep seeded violence and she took this out on Karter, her son, because she believes she is stuck with him. In Trial Day 2 is when Kadeem testified, Karter’s biological father, when he was done testifying and left the stand, she was shaking like a leaf and rocking back and forth, her defense attorney asked her to pour him a cup of water, and she was shaking so hard as she held that styrofoam cup, and shaking holding that water canister, she was super nervous. She realized it is really over between she and Kadeem. She took her baby’s life with violence done to his little body. There will be another trial. Kianna did take her child’s life, beating into his body with blunt force trauma to Karter’s liver! Forensics does not lie, not in this case.
Kianna is full of crap!!! You never have to make an appointment to go the Emergency Room, which is available 24/7. Karter told her his stomach hurts and was vomiting, TAKE HIM TO THE “ER/EMERGENCY ROOM!!!” Do it as many times as needed, PERIOD!!! SHE IS PURE CRUEL. HER SON IS IN PAIN AND SCARED!!! She has health insurance, USE IT!!!
She’s a clever sociopath. Kianna is fully responsible for her son’s, Karter’s, death, which she caused. Everyone knows the ER is open 24/7, all adults. Makes no sense to wait for Kadeem to “watch” their gravely ill son because he is an EMT, KADEEM IS NOT A DOCTOR!, while Karter is with her and is sick and in pain!!! This mother is responsible to get him to the ER, IMMEDIATELY TO SEE A CERTIFIED DOCTOR!!!! SOCIOPATH, KIANNA IS A SOCIOPATH!!!
It kind of seems like she was trying to set the bio Dad up for this. Wouldn’t let him see or speak to his son all weekend, why, cause he’d know something was up 🤔
