In 1776, “Founding Fathers” declared their independence with the promise of “liberty and justice for all” . This hypocrisy is something we must never forget. We must honor their suffering and
sacrifices by continuing to fight for true freedom and equality.
The 4th of July is not a celebration of America’s independence but a call to action for our own liberation. Let us reflect on our past, tribute our resilience, and commit ourselves to the revolutionary struggle for true freedom and justice.
In the words of Assata Shakur, “It is our duty to fight for our freedom. It is our duty to win. We must love each other and support each other. We have nothing to lose but our chains.”
