President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy are scheduled to meet in Washington on Tuesday. Ukrainian and U.S. officials had been discussing a proposal for an air ceasefire to take to Russian officials. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with his Russian counterpart this week, and Zelenskyy says Russia wants another 30,000 troops from North Korea.
