Three massive AI stories making headlines today and they are all genuinely worth paying attention to. First, President Trump has signed an executive order officially renaming artificial intelligence as Super Intelligence. All US government documents, communications and official materials must now use the term SI instead of AI. Whether that changes anything about the technology itself is a separate question, but it is now official government policy. Second, the White House has launched a brand new government website called America.gov — a chatbot jointly powered by Google’s Gemini and Elon Musk’s Grok, designed to help Americans navigate and find information across the federal government’s 29,000 separate websites, all from one single place. It is an ambitious idea that puts two of the biggest and most competing AI systems under one government roof, which is a fascinating combination in its own right. And third, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has unveiled Dots — a personal AI agent built directly into ChatGPT and powered by the new GPT-6 Astra model. Like Meta’s Muse, Dots is always on, working in the background to send emails, book travel and make purchases on your behalf without you needing to be actively involved. It is OpenAI’s direct answer to Meta’s wildly popular Muse agent, which racked up 2.5 million downloads in its first twelve days. With both platforms now offering always-on personal agents that manage your life autonomously, the personal AI agent wars are officially and fully underway. And honestly, the nerd in all of us should be absolutely fascinated by where this goes next. So we want to know — are you Team Muse or Team Dots? And what is it about these personal AI agents that appeals to you most, or concerns you most?
