I dont agree with the people cant sing even with training…. i couldn’t sing and with hard work, lessons and diligence… people who thought I couldn’t sing before have admitted that they didnt think lesson would do anything and ive done nothing but prove them wrong…

The “not everybody can sing” (2:54) comment is ridiculous. Obviously not everybody can sing like Ariana Grande. But everybody can get better, and most people’s potential is FAR beyond their expectations.
I mean technically thats exactly what he said. He can make you get better and in general you can improve but not everybody can become greatest singer of history like ariana grande. But for me personally, i think if you have the passion and are willing to work, you can become a great singer whatsoever
You can get better to some extent, but you still cannot surpass certain limitations, like he says that it comes down to your vocal cords, which you can train, but not change. So “everybody can sing” is merely a marketing slogan overused by vocal coaches trying to sell their online courses xD
@santumyarthats true but I think the beauty is also in that, everybody has unique vocal chords. So you might not sing like somebody else but beautifully in your own way since nobody has the same voice as yours
@santumyar No, “everybody can sing” is a fact. You don’t have to be Ariana Grande to sing — anyone can do it. If you have a good voice teacher, you will be *amazed* at the sound you are able to make.
@davidespinosa1910 no one is arguing the fact that you can get better at it, if you practice a lot. Can anybody reach professional heights? Highly unlikely.
Sorry, but if you can talk, you can sing. It’s *very bad* to discourage people from activities they’re interested in.
