Clickbait.
Want a place where you can see the Milky Way? It’s a place with virtual NO light pollution. Look up North Korea at night from space and there’s a stark difference between it and its neighbors. The expression “bombing them back to the Stone Age” would have this effect.
It’s a crying shame..the milky way is a truly spectacular sight.
I live in Madrid and I haven’t *ever* seen it!
@BlackHoleSpain you must put it on your bucket list
If J407 b were in our solar system, our ancestors might have worshipped the vinyl record in the sky as a supreme disk being. Should any asteroids come our way we would conclude that it’s the giant vinyl record’s wrath for our sins. ☄️
Edit: wow, this is not the video I was commenting on. Well in any case, should the Milky Way disappear from our night sky, J407 b (in place of Saturn) would still be with us. Without other stars, that vinyl record in the sky would feel even more surreal.
Woops i spilled light
In Los Angeles California you don’t see stars at all
I have no light pollution. I live north of 60 so I still can’t see the Milky Way
I think its awful we cant see thr totality of our galaxy, but it vrry much is a quint- essential 1st eorld problem.
