In June 2017, college student Yingying Zhang misses a bus to an appointment in Champaign, Illinois. Yingying is last seen getting into the car of a local resident, Brendt Christensen, on the University of Illinois campus. After that, she disappears without a trace and is never seen alive again.

Everyone is talking about how “spiraled quickly”, very rare does that happen.
He clearly stated that “fought more than anyone before” meaning he mostly likely has done this PRIOR. He didn’t spiral quickly, he’s been actively doing this. He emphasized “I’ve NEVER followed anyone home”. Why would he need to clarify this to the therapist, clearly he didn’t wanna be held accountable or reported.
oh how i wish universities offered special adjustment classes for european students on the do’s and dont’s of being an American student and give them an array of scenarios that are things a student should never do or take part in because not everyone they meet will have good intentions and that there are probably more crime opportunities in America than her home country.
This is just a sad story. I pray she’s in Heaven meaning she asked Jesus to come into her heart.

She slow for getting in the car I’m sorry. It’s not like she got snatched she just got in. She should’ve had better common sense.
Don’t get into cars with strangers!!! From childhood on, how many times does that have to be said? There’s the footage of her getting into the Saturn Astra, and there’s footage of that car just driving down the street. It’s in those last videos that I wonder, did Yingying fear for her life at those moments the car was seen? Did she know she was in trouble?
