The animated versions don’t come from recovered TV signals. They come from fans who would make audio recordings of the episodes when they originally aired in the 60’s. This is something people would do sometimes back in the days when television reruns were rare and VCR’s were nonexistent. It was the only way they could “rewatch” episodes of their favorite TV show at their leisure.
