I watched this entire testimony yesterday and when the video was ending the defendant smiled, just for a second, and then realized he smiled and didn’t want to be seen showing emotion because he’s no longer able to show emotion due to that TBI he caused himself. That split second when the defendant smiled after seeing the video of the policeman on the stand being shot and taken away to a hospital in a police vehicle, the defendant showed satisfaction on his face. Absolutely disgusting!
