@jenmoon1906 Popularized by legendary investor William O’Neill, the cup and handle is a bullish chart pattern indicating that a leading stock is consolidating during an uptrend before breaking out to new highs. It serves as a visual map showing a transfer of ownership from “weak hands” to institutional buyers.

All semiconductors stocks will see lower prices at at least below 50% of the previous trading range from March seasonal lows

What makes you think so? I think most semiconductor stocks have already bottomed. There might be a little more downside, but I believe they’ll start moving higher over the coming weeks and months, and we’ll see new highs.

Good session. Thanks Justin and Rachel. IBD — Set up Rachel with right gear and training so she becomes like Ali quickly. Her camera was in and out of focus many times today, she kept shifting in chair (set chair to correct height), camera can zoom in more, etc — make the setup similar to Ali’s. We love Rachel’s views and would love to see her more frequently on SMT (not trying to pick on with comments, just suggestions) 👍👍

Banks have been buying and hoarding gold for 16 months. This does not seem to be about tech stock bubbles but about how much debt the US government is in. And China ended paper gold trading on their stock exchange. That is an ominous shift.

If you are talking about the AI bubble, about 600 billion has been committed to the gigafactory AI buildout, which should suck from the market all the silver and copper needed to build them over the next couple of years. If you invest, it is a no-brainer that most of those metals will be a higher value moving forward.
