    My interpretation, Go to the Target store in your city that supports your culture. Race etc. So to maybe get a personalized positive experience. DEI release is strategic, or tactical (high) not racial, because they have are kinda not really all that great. B/c they supported Black Lives Matter. Then capitulated…🙄
