Trump TV launched. Why did the White House television pool stop?
On September 21, five US television networks paused shared presidential coverage through the television pool. The White House announced Trump TV the same day. Why were cameras still recording? We distinguish the three excluded outlets — CNN, MS NOW and POLITICO — from the five television-pool participants: ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox and NBC. Other pool operations and reporting continued.
