NYC incendiary device attack: Ex-FBI agent reacts to details
Officials identified the suspect who threw an incendiary device and set a fire Monday morning outside a federal building in New York City as a 43-year-old Army veteran. Andrew Arrabaca poured gasoline onto the ground and ignited it with a lighter and a “large firework in a canister,” James Barnacle, the assistant director in charge of the FBI New York Field Office, said during a news conference Monday.
