Bethany Joy Lenz confirmed she has tension with her former “One Tree Hill” co-star Hilarie Burton, but said she has no hard feelings on her part. “I love Hilarie, I have always and will always, and I don’t have any problem with her,” the actress, 43, said on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast Wednesday before admitting, “There have been some bizarre misunderstandings that I really hope we can figure out one day, but I love that girl.” Page Six has reached out to Burton’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
