In 2011 Margaret launched the Kitchen Chat® podcast, from her kitchen as a way to honor her late father who was an outstanding home chef. She wanted to understand what his joy of food and cooking was all about. After 300 interviews with chefs, cookbook authors, and culinary experts, she finally understands.
