Bethenny Frankel is serving in more ways than one. When the serial entrepreneur’s not going viral for her beauty and fashion content, she’s influencing food trends with her “supermodel snack” videos. And now, with the launch of her Supermodel Café pop-up in East Quogue, Frankel’s bringing her creations to the masses. “I wanted to launch the bagels that went viral on social media,” she told Page Six Style, saying she thinks she and her team “overshot the mark” with the the temporary storefront — which now also includes chicken salad, “lighter” cheesecakes and lattes made with Cumulus coffee.
