Ms. Tab (Tabitha Brown) explores why we get angry, and how we can calm ourselves down when we get mad. In the garden, Ms. Tab helps Avi shake off his anger when he’s upset about not being picked as the line leader in school. Then, Ms. Tab and Lenny the Lightning Bug go on a special adventure inside a volcano where they meet Lava People who literally EXPLODE when they’re mad! In her lab, Ms. Tab goes to the Angry Forest with special guest Ed Venture (Tobe Nwigwe) to discover tricks they can use to calm down when they get upset. At Craft Time, Ms. Tab and DJ Khrafty make Mad Rabbit stress balls, and during Snack Time, Burnie the Oven Mitt and Starla the Spatula help Ms. Tab make some yummy and refreshing Cool Off Cups because sometimes we might just need a good snack to calm us down.
