I audit and report misconduct to the bureau that will file charges on Anyone in uniform acting under the color of law that knowingly violates the Civil rights of anyone! it’s actually a violation of state and federal law. A felony charge with punitive dmge and jail term federally title 18 section 242 deprivation of civil rights under the color of law! Calif civil code 52.1 violating the Bane Act is a felony for anyone in uniform to violate your rights! Including security grds prison grds PD Shrff dept that uses force gets violated//all info is research and not legal advice! All agencies have to answer to someone and those ppl are the Professional Standards Div. In every city in the US has a PS Div. When I audit pd SD or fire dpt and discover misconduct its the PS Div. That take over! Legal misconduct you notify Ca Bar Assoc. So either one of the previous offices called with rights or legal issues starts an investigation,.,.the more issues brings unwanted stress, elevated stress causes action,.,.which can restore basic privileges that were taken away! I definitely have respect for Jr.’s accomplishments. However with most folks in the entertainment business especially rappers are quick to promote drug use and having wild sex but teach their kids otherwise. IDK if the rumors are true however I can see not allowing him to communicate with the outside world but at least get him the medical care he needs, since that’s a basic human right.
