They were branded Blue Eyed Soul but there was always more to them than that. The term wasn’t coined until the late 80’s but, pretty much the definition of sophisti-pop.(Sophisticated Pop). Such a shame they seem to have fallen out in recent years (back catalogue copyright issues).
