The police were dang useless in this case. Did not even look in the least bit, didn’t notice or care about the pee soaked bed or the situation. The family had to do the detectives jobs. I am so glad they and the coroner listened to the family though! I was stressing watching this hoping they did the autopsy before the lady got him cremated. Kind of makes you want to put in your will “DO NOT CREMATE ME” just in case. Also always make sure your will is saved in multiple places and more folks have it, she burned his and could have gotten everything! I can’t believe he stayed after she almost killed him with a crossbow!

Thanks to his nephew that did the drug test . I don’t understand when you have everything , appriciate and enjoy life , now you spend it in jail for rest of her life .

I think his extreme number of marriages indicated he was a hopeless romantic. Especially as none of his exes had ANYTHING negative to say beyond, “He worked too much” and they simply got tired of spending so much time alone. Then, when he’s ready for his “forever” marriage he meets a useless, greedy woman. I’m surprised she was actually a nurse. I cannot believe she allowed him to lay in his own urine for so long it seeped through the mattress to the floor. Bed sheets covered in vomit! Imagine that! She was a sick, cruel psycho. Internet dating apps strike again. They are not convenient, they are hunting grounds.

and this is why when you make a will, you keep one copy at home in a safe, another is held by your lawyer and another certified copy to a trusted relative or friend.

Why wouldn’t there be a recorded last will and testament with a probate attorney?
That seems so archaic that in this day and age, if you have an ironclad will in place and the actual said person didn’t deviate or revise it- it should be automatically enforced.
    Am I missing something?
