Yeah they once had Kat and they probably should of ran him for another year but what the wolves had going on wasn’t working so this is to see what they can do and if it doesn’t work they’ll blow it up and trade Edwards for some nice compensation and build
“For a haul” is laughable
They’re trying to save your face for Charlotte being cheap and not caring about wins by dumping the player that made their franchise irrelevant again and gave them long chance of winning sense it’s inception

Edwards played in the playoffs with an injury, and he still played well—just look at the first game against San Antonio or the series against Denver. This is invaluable experience for him. Also, Shannon really impressed me. And, of course, McDaniels and Rudy. It’s such an exciting team that you just want to root for. The owners finally started making moves to improve the roster because they couldn’t just stand still. Edwards has earned the right to compete for an NBA title with his play, and the league needs exciting players like him. He has massive potential.
