Joy has the most clean and organized galley I have seen. Usually small galleys are the dirtiest because there is no space to do things but this fantastic woman has her sh*t in order. Would love to take a master class from her 😂😅 she is killing it even thougth the guest didnt appretiate her meals… you can see the effort she puts on her dishes.
