Before bashing Joe, remember that it is highly edited. Producers make it look like Joe is bad-mouthing Nathan constantly when in reality he probably did voice a couple of complaints and maybe one long rant while working, which was chopped up, and in the interview segment, where they likely asked him a leading question. Complaints are justified IMO because they are a man down and Nathan is MIA while they are working extra hard to get the boat ready. Being late for duty is always a big deal on Below Deck.
