give the man a break. he is 39 older and slower, you people still judge him like he was in his peak in 20s or even early 30s he could beat all the young potatoes. he still reaches semi finals in almost all GS he is in.

For the great Djokovic to reach the semi finals at Wimbledon, at 39 years old, is a feat within itself.
For a couple of years, Nole has been experiencing (from a few guys only, basically) what he used to inflict on 99% of opponents during his fantastic career: dominance and undisputed superiority. Obviously, like everybody else, he occasionally had hiccups and faced defeats. Like in many other circumstances in life, what goes around comes around; that is, the wheel turns, and now Novak, one of the greatest athletes in the history of any sport, is forced to experience the power and superiority of other players, two in particular (for the time being, others will come). Do not get me wrong: Novak, like it or not, is still great; far from me to criticize a player who systematically gets semis at majors at 39 years of age. However, the natural evolution and cadence of sport, tennis included, is imposing its laws. It happened to all the players and will happen again. A time will come when Carlitos and Jannik will be in the same position as Novak is now. It is inevitable, brutal on one hand, but also it is the lifeblood to maintain a sport interesting and in constant evolution.
