I am failing to get what the core story is, the chineese companies are not buying from American, the sellers are not hiding it that they are selling the data, the American startups could have equally met European, African or South Americans buying the same data, yes? The seller just sells and doesnt care whom they are selling too because what they are doing is not in anyway illegal otherwise they would be doing it in hiding – Are the sellers contacted by the US startups to gathaer and prepare the data soley for them to purchase and no one else to purchase? Please dont just create unnecessary noise
