The wind did it! Stupid. She did it on purpose. Was deliver it. Slow the film. No doubt. She just did not think she would be caught. She never be allowed to compete in any sport in her lifetime. And she should pay money to her victim monthly for the rest of her life to be her reminder. Dang! Ridiculous!
No intent!
The baton was made out of aluminum the same as a baseball bat. The assailant first jammed it into the faster runners back and then clubbed her with it. It is illegal to use high strength metal club shaped objects like this as a weapon to bash somebody in the head… The assailant moved into position at the right side of her lane took aim at the victims head before during and after striking her what appeared to be as hard as she could. The whole time she was looking at the back of the faster runners head, because it was her target.
If you let this girl get away with this obvious intentional battery it’s like giving all these young and disciplined kids a hall pass to beat up whomever they like with whatever weapon they can use that’s handy whenever they feel like it and then just play the victim and say it was an accident and the other person‘s fault!
So not only did she brain that girl for overtaking her. She then tried to cover her ass by faking concern as she ran by. It’s pathetic.
In slow mode you can see the Batman get touched by the other runner. I’d need a frame by frame break down but she my be innocent
That girl should be arrested for assault. She clearly meant to attack the other runner. Crying now doesn’t change what she did. Consequences should be paid.
Charges need to be filed.
