Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn is set to be sentenced after being found guilty of killing his wife, Ashley Flynn, inside their Tipp City, Ohio, home. Flynn was convicted on all nine counts he faced, including aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence, after prosecutors alleged he staged the scene to look like a home invasion and initially claimed an intruder shot Ashley.

Caleb shook his head in disagreement when the judge ordered him to pay $20,000 to Ashley’s parents towards her funeral expenses. This is hardly the reaction you would expect from someone who claims to have loved his wife. Beyond the horrific circumstances surrounding Ashley’s death, he appeared unwilling to accept even the financial responsibility of contributing towards her funeral costs. What an absolute douche.
