Selma Blair’s attorneys say she missed taking her MS medication before an alleged midair incident. Selma appeared in handcuffs and broke down in tears during her Oct. 12 arraignment in Queens Criminal Court, with her attorney wiping away her tears. She was charged with two counts of second-degree assault and released after posting $20,000 cash bail. Her attorney suggests Selma, who was diagnosed with MS in 2018, was not in control of her actions and experienced ‘a medical emergency.’ She faces two to seven years in prison if convicted and is due back in court on Jan. 19.

I honestly think Selma Blair may have been struggling with serious issues long before her MS diagnosis. There seems to be more going on than just her physical illness, although we shouldn’t speculate about her mental health without knowing the full story.
MS is a serious disease, and I feel sympathy for anyone dealing with it. However, having an illness does not excuse harmful behaviour or put other people at risk. Everyone deserves compassion, but there also has to be accountability. If someone struggles to manage their medication, impulses, or other difficulties, they may need professional support, including appropriate therapy.
My heart goes out to her child and to anyone who may have been hurt by her actions. 😢
Why doesn’t she get a private plane? She can def afford it. Seems like attacking on airplanes is a pattern for her

A young woman who was a famous wealthy actress at the height of her fame was stricken with this. She probably was on meds for her illness also was also on a plane and needed something for her nervousness, which obviously didn’t mix well with her current medical situation
