Selena Gomez has the “diet of a 5-year-old,” her husband, Benny Blanco, told Gwyneth Paltrow during a “Goop” podcast taping Tuesday, according to the Daily Mail.
The 38-year-old record producer left Paltrow, 53, horrified as he broke down his wife’s eating habits during the West Hollywood event.

She had a kidney transplant…she has lupus…she has rheumatoid arthritis and bipolar disorder…and yet she takes no responsibility for her health…that certainly is childish and downright irresponsible. It is also extremely disrespectful to the kidney donor who sacrificed a part of her body, the kidney, (which, in Chinese medecine is the source of life energy). If I were the donor, I would ask for the kidney back ! Although, with the way she eats, she has probably damaged it and will need dialysis or a new kidney soon. How ungrateful and spoiled. Disappointed, to say the least. She is a bad poster girl for kidney donation. And it has been proven that what we eat has a direct link to our mental health 😮
