In rare footage from the Gulf of California, scientists captured the moment an orca rammed into a sunfish so hard it exploded. According to researchers at the nonprofit Beneath the Waves, it could be in service of a meal or perhaps a form of play for the orcas.

I think human intervention of this Orca Problem is increasingly becoming necessary at this point. I don’t mind if orcas go extinct honestly. They’re too vile of an entity, as sick as it makes me feeel to say it.
