Nicole Kidman called the late musician and singer-songwriter Dolly Parton a “light” and “love personified” at the “Practical Magic” sequel premiere in central London on August 26. “Dolly was a light. She was one of a kind. And there’ll be nobody like that. Never has been and probably never will be again,” the actor-producer who plays cursed witch sister Gillian Owens in “Practical Magic 2” said. Sandra Bullock, co-star and co-producer of the new film, who had worked with Parton, said the late star was also “someone that was absolutely underrated.”
