dude is a psychopath with no capacity for empathy; he just killed 2 beautiful and promising young people, and for what? for $ that he may/may not be able to access b/c he won’t get a real job? was the theater where Sam was lured on the military base? was the subject charged federally? praying for prison justice
I attended Daniel’s trial gavel to gavel, and many of Rachel’s pretrial hearings. The contrast between the selfish greedy evilness of Dan and Rachel was even more highlighted by how kind, caring, and genuine the survivors and friends of the victims were. Wozniak is an absolute POS and yet he still had a creepy fangirl attending his trial and writing a blog about how misunderstood he is. It’s unbelievable.
And yes, Rachel was an active participant. He demeanor in court was venomous, at one point she leaned past her own attorney to tell Matt Murphy, the prosecutor, to fuck off. She isn’t the sweet little Disney princess she portrayed and if I ever see her on the street I am going to scream “murderer”.
