Russian daredevils leave court after Empire State Building arrest

Russian daredevil couple Angela Nikolau and Vanya Beerkus left New York City Criminal Court after their arraignment on July 2. A day earlier, they climbed to the top of the Empire State Building’s towering spire to ‌unfurl a large banner urging world peace in what appeared to be an elaborate marriage proposal.
