If she called 183 times since 2010, that’s once per month. That’s actually not as much as it seems. Plus she’s calling the *non-emergency* line for non-emergency but important community issues. So what’s the problem? The only issue I see here is with how she framed the reason for her lawsuit.
She did call the non-emergency number, not 911.
Her name is literally Karen.
They could have guided her on what situations require a phone call rather than insults.
I am the EMS Medical Director for a large area that oversees EMS services, which include how and what 911 dispatchers say and do when people call for medics issues. With full confidence and support, I support the hiring of Ronny as a 911 dispatcher effective immediately. This was awesome. 😂
