    I thought for the state of California, when there is a property exchanging hands, a termite inspection has to be done before the new owner takes possession. In my opinion. The previous owner should have been responsible for all that termite issue and going forward these owners need to do a thorough termite resolve.

    23:15 I don’t know…those trellises may not be original to the 1913 house but they were there in the 1950s. Looks like the porch was screened in, too.
