I grew up with garden ponds and still maintain one now, algae has been much more difficult this year, I blame it on pollution and warmer temperatures. But m sure the administration looked into it too.

Anyone whos ever owned or been responsible for maintaining any type of pool or water feature knows exactly how much of a headache they are. They can get screwed up for any and no reason- and fixing them can be its own headache. Especially on the scale of the reflecting pool.
